BELIEVE IN GRACE

Paul Caris from Bordeaux is our Master Blender and Cask Master at Grace O’Malley Spirits. Paul has an exemplary reputation in the spirit industry, but originally began as a winemaker. After completing his Master of Science degree at Bordeaux University, he worked with several winemakers from Europe and Australia. Due to his impeccable palate, honed through years of experience in the wine industry, Paul was snapped up by the world’s leading spirits companies, where he turned his focus to spirits and became Master Blender of Cognac. Of all the awards he has won, it is the ICS Trophy for “World’s Best Cognac” that is the most important one for him. His passion, curiosity and knowledge are now fused together in his role as Master Blender and Cask Master for Grace O’Malley, where he works with different spirits.
The special thing about Paul: Through his former contacts in the wine industry, he has access to fresh, not yet dried out barrels, from the best distributors in the world. In these our whiskey can now store and get its unique taste.
